Both. About half my engagements come through partner consultancies who need a senior Workspace specialist on the bench; the other half are direct enterprise contracts. I'm comfortable invoicing either side.
Anywhere from a 2-week discovery sprint to multi-quarter builds. Most projects land in the 3–9 month range — Discovery → Design → Build → Adoption — with iterative releases instead of one big-bang launch.
Yes. I'm based in Braunschweig, travel comfortably across DACH and France, and I run hybrid engagements regularly. On-site days for kickoff and stakeholder workshops are usually a good idea.
Discovery sprints typically within 2–3 weeks. Full builds depend on current contracts — book a call and I'll be straight about timing.
Native French and Arabic, fluent German (C1), fluent English. Workshops, specs, training, documentation — all four. No translation layer needed for French, German or Arabic teams.
